We have developed an approved procedure for flaw detection in galvanised weldments such as crown block padeye and racking board welds. This does not require removal of coating prior to inspection, hence saving time and avoiding the need for re-application of coating. We are also able to test through Thermal Sprayed Aluminium (TSA)in a similar manner, making the technique ideal for inspection of flare stacks and risers.
