We need to collect our clients’ personal (business) information so that we can perform our services. We will use our clients’ personal (business) information to:

We also need to process certain personal information relating to our clients and employees for the purposes of complying with our obligations under Scottish and English law.

Such organisations include LOGIC (offshore travel) and HMRC
We may also share your information with Oil, Gas, Renewable and Infrastructure Operating Companies, as well as Aviation Operators where such information is required to allow you access to their facilities as our employee.
In the event that we do share personal data with external third parties, we will only share such personal data strictly required for the specific purposes and take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients shall only process the disclosed personal data in accordance with those purposes.

Right to Erasure

By instructing us to carry out work on your behalf, you consent to destruction of files and data without further reference to you after that work is completed and after the periods set out below:
- 10 years for employment information (following completion of employment contract)
- 7 years for commercial work (following completion of our services or yours)
