Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator / Recruiter to join our team.
Based at our head office in Glasgow, this is a permanent onshore position attracting a competitive salary.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordination of existing permanent and ad-hoc personnel to meet projected labour requirements
Recruitment of new personnel for ad-hoc positions
Maintenance of the personnel database
Logistics support (travel and accommodation bookings)
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven recruitment or HR experience within the offshore energy industry
Possess clear communication skills and be able to liaise with all levels of management and workforce
Be able to manage their time efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Be computer literate (Microsoft Office – word and excel are essential)
In addition to the above, familiarity with industrial rope access (in any capacity) would be a distinct advantage.
